Supports the well-being of Aboriginal children, youth, and families, especially those who are vulnerable, through child protection and child and youth mental health services.

Also offers family support services, guardianship services, adoption, and services for children and youth with support needs. Other services coordinated through central provincial offices include helplines and after-hours support; resources and referral; funding and benefits programs; and specialized treatment for disabilities, mental health issues, and substance use. Serves Chemainus, Cobble Hill, Cowichan Bay, Crofton, Duncan, Galiano Island, Kuper Island, Lake Cowichan, Mayne Island, Mesachie Lake, Mill Bay, Pender Island, Salt Spring Island, Saturna Island, Thetis Island, and Youbou. Office hours are 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Child and family services are also offered by delegated Aboriginal agency (Cowichan Tribes).
